Production Flexibility

Our servo-driven presses enable us to print to a maximum repeat of 32". This allows you to optimize your forming capacity.
Pre-Press Quality Control

We provide the expertise when it comes to the development of artwork files and the preliminary grid pattern needed to ensure the exact shape and location of the printed image after it has been distorted and formed.

Digital plates are manufactured in-house to ensure the highest print quality available today.

Line screen - we print up to 200 line screen resolution if needed to achieve near continuous tone quality.
Ink Options

UV flexographic inks or water-based inks.

1-13 colors, surface or reverse printed.

Custom color matches and standard PMS colors available.

Proprietary metallic silver or gold that rivals hot stamped foil without the added expense and reduction of press speeds.

Thin film lamination can be applied in-line to the material to protect the ink and to avoid direct contact when necessary.
